I have been bringing my sick computers to total service for years and have only had great experiences. When I bring my computer in I almost always get it back the same day, and I am always impressed by the level of communication they keep with me. Pricing is very fair and if I ever have a little problem I call them and they have even solved my problem over the phone for free a few times!
