We went to Total Merchant Supply to receive credit card machine service. Jim Putnam and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in order to make our event a success. Their staff was very helpful and thorough in training us on the machines. Excellent customer service and great rates. Thank you so much Total Merchant Supply!

the moment I entered the office the service was excellent from the receptionist to the customer service person my problem was resolved less than 30 minutes

Excellent service. Our gift cards weren't working, I called in after hours and it was only about 15 minutes and I was contacted back by two people. I'm so pleased with their service and recommend them to everyone!
