Too big a company Too many layers. I requested a routine service repair. Was given a 7 day later date and time. Was told I would get a confirmation call. Never happened . On the day and time of my scheduled service repair.....no call , no one showed up, when I called, service rep said sorry, too many emergencies , no other explanation. Next service call another 8 days away. Totally...
