I'd been to Total Car Total Care in the past for window tinting on my Saab 9 2-X and was very pleased with the results, so I recently took my Express work van there for a problem with the key fob for the Viper remote/alarm system. They spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot the discontinued/outdated system and a lot of time trying to find a fob compatible with my discontinued system. Larry could easily have charged me for that diagnostic work, and he could easily have pushed for an expensive sale, but he worked *with* me, not *on* me. He gave me choices and allowed me to choose a temporary solution that cost almost nothing. I am a business owner with high standards for the service I provide, so I recognize the value of great service. When it's time to upgrade to a fully functional remote start/alarm system, there is no other place I'm going except Total Car Total Care. Thank you, Larry!
Have had a few cars tinted here through the years and they always do good work for a good price. Was just about to call today to schedule another car, but their number is disconnected....not...

Excellent quality work and great service! These guys are very knowledgable. I had a stereo installed. They explained exactly what was going to be done and delivered on their promise. They even took the time to sit in the car with me and do a demonstration and go over key features!
