I bought a prepaid phone card from Total Call International Company. I used Talk world card as a single call to alow me to talk about 40 minuts straight as instruction said. However, I made a call after 13 minutes I heard a noises about one minute and then no sound from the other end of the call, followed by disconnection of the line by system.I called customer service after this happed and...
