This is actually the dining room of an assisted living facility, although it is open to the public and looks like a regular restaurant. After they seated us we waited 10 minutes and nobody came to give us water or wait on us. We got up and walked out.

There weren't many breakfast options in Bellevue listed in Opentable. We chose Toscano mainly because it opened quite early (10 a.m.) on Sunday. The restaurant is situated in a very nice retirement complex, Belletini. It's so elegant you'd think it's a boutique hotel.
