I like Toscana- before and after my roommate and I moved in they utilized superior customer service skills and were very friendly. There are a few things missing though. There are no security cameras anywhere, thus making it extremely hard to trace the recent hit-and-runs in the parking lots, and also it doesn't make me feel very safe. The clubhouse has a few good amenities, but is only open...
Toscana is the best place I've lived in a long while. The staff is always friendly and maintenance is same day!!!
I moved here in 2013 and this place isn't the best, in fact it has gotten more questionable since I moved in. The office staff is good and helpful with the exception of the current management staff who is less than useful for anything besides collecting rent, they are unorganized, inefficient and mishandle practically every problem brought to them, they even mishandled my lease re-certification...
As a resident here this place isn't the worst place I have ever lived but it isn't the best either, in fact in recent months it has gotten worse in areas since I moved in back in 2013. Firstly however I will comment on the repair staff, they are quick and efficiant with no real issues to speak of, I have never had any problem with them at all.
