Despite the fact that it was the last night of DC Restaurant week and the restaurant was absolutely packed full, the service was superb. Service was efficient but not at all rushed. We went to Tosca during Restaurant Week Winter 2018. Unlike many restaurants, the portions were not skimpy. The cocktails, food and wine were excellent, as was the service.
