The star is for the decor. We did the cooking lesson and the meal. Things were not organized. Most of the food we made was saved for restaurant patrons the next night. We got very small portions.…

What wonderful meals (steak, veal, shrimp, & vegan from the special menu) our party enjoyed Friday night! The presentation and service was 1st rate! This is fine dining at it's best! Make it a date night, go to the Ritz theatre for a stage show and top the evening off with a flair at Torte Knox! Our dinners ranged from $40 - $60 (far cheaper than the top rated places in the city or Florida)....

This company offers Torte Knox Recreational Cooking School is a full service recreational cooking school. TV Chef Sheelah Kaye-Stepkin owns and operates the school. The facilities include a kitchen studio, cookbook library and dining room. The studio includes new appliances in a turn of the century bank. Classes are available in basics, American regional, all ethnic and regional cuisines.
