What has happened to pizza? It was largely an Italian invention imported at the end of the 19th century to several cities where it was developed into part of Italian American cuisine. In large cities with large numbers of Italians and Italian Americans it morphed into large tomato and cheese pies where crust demanded very high heat leaving some charring....

Toppers is always a favorite! Their pizzas are wonderful! I highly recommend trying it if you are looking for a place to get some good pizza!
