Topp Construction has very unethical billing and finance practices. Be very careful if you decide to do business with them. They are hire good subcontractors so the work that is done by others is fine but their project management leaves a lot to be desired. They will use bullying tactics to try to get you to pay for things that you do not owe money for and they will try to cut corners on...
