Top Notch i is a family owned hair salon that offers a wide range of services for all hair needs. Cuts, color, highlights, facials, etc.There is entertainment for kids & comfy seating. But best of all we speak Spanish / English fluently to understand our customers needs. Appointments are preferred but not necessary, and walk-ins are always welcomed.
