Hellish, unsanitary, rude. Would rather eat McD's (can't remember the last time) than return for overpriced dimsum with unprofessional service.CUISINE (lack thereof): Even Dimsum Factory serves...

Top Gun is a seafood restaurant specializing in a wide selection of live seafood, including king crab, lobster, fish and oysters. Opened in 2000, Top Gun seats about 90 people in its open dining room. Specialities include organic chicken, szechuan dishes, oyster with eggplant and satay sauce, clams in black bean sauce and sizzling oyster with ginger and scallions.

Admittedly, picking one or two top-notch restaurants from the many located throughout Seattle can be a daunting task. Top Gun Seafood, though, makes at least one of the choices a no-brainer – its famously tasty dim sum and traditional Chinese fare attract a large number of fans every day, especially at lunch. White linens and friendly service are added perks. Best of all, prices at this...
