I thoroughly enjoyed living here. The apartments were exceptionally well maintained and if there was any problem the maintenance staff was there to fix it. The office staff were nice and friendly and took time to know you. Neighbors were courteous and never noisy. I can't say enough good things about living here!!

great place for a family

Our family didn't want or need an apartment. We wanted a home for a young boys to feel welcome, safe, and have fun. Tina, Nick and the staff couldn't have made the situation better.
First of all, we called and met with 20 residence managers over a two month period prior. Of the 20 , Tina was most the friendly and knowledgeable of all the people we met. Every question and concern was addressed...

Great place to live with an amazing view

This a great place to live the management is friendly and accommodating. There is a man made lake to use in the summer and it has an amazing view. The maintenance crew is reliable if something breaks. People are friendly and is an overall nice and safe community live in.

Great Apt But they will take your security deposit

Management was great. Landscape maintenance is great. Maintenance in timely manner. BUT they don't tell you, they will take at least $150 for general cleaning after you leave. I wrote to them and called them and they refuse to refund me. There were no damages. Just general cleaning. Person on phone said, "we have a reputation to uphold and have the highest standard in our apartments"

When I first drove up to the apts I knew right away that this is exactly what im looking for. I hate living in apts where when you look out the window or go out on the portch all you see is another apt building. The view is amazing and even better the lake is swimable.
