Terrible, I bought 3 18v Makita Cordless drill sets, got to jobsite the next morning opened them up and one set didn't have the batteries in it, I called them and they basically called me a liar over the phone but said they would give me the batteries, went there this morning to pick them up and they called me a liar to my face, but said I could have the batteries, told them to keep them....
