We have been with Tony Brooks for about 10 years now. We shopped around a lot and couldn't find better pricing. Tony has always been helpful and always provided us with great advice. He always seemed to look out for our best interest. We can always call him directly or email and he is very responsive. He has always provided us with great customer service.

Our most recent experience was when our son passed his driving test. While at the DOL, we emailed Tony to have our son added to the policy. Within minutes, our son was added to the policy. We didnt have to call an 800 number...

The actual agent for this location, Tony Brooks, does a pretty good job and is attentive and responsive to his clients, but the shortfall is with some of his staff.\n\nNot that any of them were rude or anything, it's just that they didn't necessarily follow-through with everything as we have had to call them multiple times in order to fix something with our coverage.
