Horrible horrible horrible! Owner is awful and so RUDE! Do not do business with this company you will regret it she can't take criticism of her website and hung up on me several times!

Let me start by saying I called the owner the week before my party and she was extremely helpful. She was very courteous and professional. The reason I have written this review and can not reccomend Tons of Fun is due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism during delivery. I was told the trailer would be preloaded the night before and would be picked up at their shop at 8 am and to me by 9 am. I scheduled the delivery of cake, drinks, decorations, and caterer around this as I had rented all tables from them as well. They finally showed up a little before noon. When I mentioned this to...

Anastasia, the new PR person for Chambers Medical Group, Louisville, KY was partially correct on a few of the comments and mishaps. There are two sides to every story. We have been doing this same thunder/derby event for 4 years without any problems. She did cry on the phone after apologizing for her behavior and inexperience.

My company throws a party every year for Thunder and I recently became the PR coordinator for it, previously my boss had hired this company for tables, chairs, a tent and inflatables and so I did as well. The owner initially came to the property without me to assess what we needed, she assumed wrongly we were doing the same set up as last year. I had to ask her to come out again and she seemed put out by this request. They also placed a trailer next to the inflatable and my boss said we needed to move it, it was dangerous.
