Great customer service from Jayson. He scheduled my appointment over the phone and assisted me when I took my car in to get an alignment. Alignment was done in 30 minutes.

This was my first experience buying through tirebuyer which was grey they shipped my tires right away to Tom's Tire Pros which is near my home. Tom's staff was super friendly, paperwork was easy and wait wasn't long at all. They had free coffee and even though my tire lock broke during installation they found a replacement and gave it to me for free. I could tell they had a lot of regulars...

They called me and set up the appointment promptly and it didn't take too long for the install. The first guy I interacted with wasn't too lively and it made me wonder if he knew what was going on. Luckily he handed me off to someone else, who was much more attentive and made me feel like he understood what I was there for.What was odd is that they didn't ask about TPMS, which I specifically...
