Non-smoking now which is much appreciated! Decor is poor but the prices make up for it! Food is just down home cooking that is reasonably priced. Lots of regulars return for those reasons. Servers are mindful of the regulars likes and dislikes and even what time you usually stop in!

Hidden gem for breakfast. I had corned beef hash, with 2 eggs and toast for $3.50! And it was damn good too.

The atmosphere was horrible if your a non-smoker.

Everyone in the place was "lighting up" and you couldn't escape it. The service was slow and the food "okay".

Tom's is really a great place. It's not a big fancy place, but it's a small comforatable family oriented atmosphere. They have really good food and desserts. Everything tastes homemade. The waitresses are always friendly and accomodatin...
