Giving one star since zero stars is not an option. This company by no means comes anywhere close to Walter E Smithe or others who have the same if not better furniture, personnel and policies....

I ordered a Hooker file cabinet from Toms-Price in Wheaton. Quoted delivery was three to four weeks. Of course, I understand that with custom orders there are no guarantees. A little more than four weeks later, I called the store to check on the status of my order. I was told that my order was in. Initially, the fact that I was not called didn't concern me. However, I did become concerned when the available delivery times were two to three weeks out. When pushed, I was offered a delivery time in ten days. Excellent service levels. Good pricing on high end furniture at sales. Best source for Stickley furniture in the Chicago land area. Other brands available.

They have some great furniture pieces and beautiful rugs. The store itself is huge and is fun looking at the vast collection they have. You can purchase entire rooms from here. Bit pricey but they make the room appear elegant and gorgeous
