Basically, your employee⿿s follow up is terrible. HE SAID,SHE SAID is your employee⿿s attitude. I have never experienced so much finger pointing in my life. Obviously your employees don⿿t get along. It⿿s a shame because you are losing a lot of business due to their attitude & performance.
