go for a sandwich or try the chili/ we were going to a concert at the verizon theater so we got it to go to tail gate they were so big and filled with meat, and the guys that own and work there are so cool they were giving us samples .... great go

I had eaten several times at the Santa Ana location and was always impresses with the quality of the deli meats served there. The Irvine location carries on that tradition nicely. The smoked meats, including the corned beef, pastrami and turkey, continue to be lean and flavorful. I wish that this restaurant would serve a larger selection of hot dishes...However,...

What an incredibly hearty place! This place is just oozing of pure awesomeness! They have the best sandwich that I have ever tasted so far.

We were nearby and looking for a restaurant. My GPS took me here as the closest restaurant. I'm glad it did! (I didn't know how to start a new restaurant) I've eaten at the Tommy Pastrami on Harbor many times. Always good, juicy and well sliced. I went to the Irvine location and it was not good at all. We ordered a 7 oz pastrami and a same sized corned beef and split them. The pastrami was very dry, too thin...
