I have loved their chili since I was little and love the fact that they reopened a few years ago. I great place to go on a Saturday for lunch and to do a little window shopping up and down historis Main Stree before or after. Just a really neat place with a lot of history and a great feel.
Tolberts is great...we eat here all the time and have never had a bad experience. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Tolbert’s has a good set of lists for beer, cocktails and wine. Food was delicious and there was live music. The server was excellent and very polite and friendly, even suggesting other beers that were similar to what I had ordered. The only strange thing was that when I walked in, the hostess was on her cell phone and made...
We ate here the last night. They are famous for Texas Chili - it was OK. Most of the food was delicious, fresh and tasty. Service was good. The staff were attentive and helpful. The place was hopping and crowded on a Wednesday night. It's in the historic district of Grapevine. There is plenty of parking in the area -...
This was my second visit to Tolbert's and the steaks are the best ever. Biggest complaint: no Dr. Pepper! How can you have an authentic Texas steakhouse and not serve Dr. Pepper? Only Pepsi. We had to park across the street, but it was free. Service was excellent.
We ordered the stuff jalepenos as an appetizer which were pretty good but not great. Got the chicken fried steak, again pretty good, but nothing to say wow over. The price was decent, and I think it's probably a really good place to see live music and have a couple of beers (They had a GREAT local beer selection). Service...
It is hard to imagine a better combination for us than steak and live classic rock. Tolbert's delivered both with grilled rib eyes and GunPlugged and Friends. The steak was deliciously prepared and we completed that part of the meal before the band started. We had onion rings to start the meal and ended with chocolate mouse cake.
The volume...
