Quality care beware of Trollers

Average Rating

I have been here since the Company started and have been more than happy with the care. The Owners have been through an appauling campain of Trolling and have come through it with dignety and a group of horse loving boarders. The horses are wll cared for and the Barn Manager is in fact a qualigfied Vet Tech from Colorado, there are also three boarders at the barn who are also Vet Techs. Any...

Stay away unless you treat this as self care and have skin as thick as an elephant. Most boarders have left due to the quality of care going downhill- horses losing weight is the number one reason people take their horses elsewhere. It's unfortunate but true. The barn manager is not a vet tech as claimed. Be on top of your horses care and feeding... better yet, just go elsewhere and not worry.

I've been keeping horses and old, ill, fragile and infirm animals alive for over 35 years but only as long as they had a decent quality of life. I have also taken on people who through their own ego (or other issues) kept sick or infirm animals alive

I was just going over your facts, FF. I am having trouble finding where anyone is disputing the age of a horse. What has been the issue surrounding them is their physical condition. What you're saying here, to clarify, is that it's perfectly acceptable for horses older in age to be in the shape these particular ones were in. That is both interesting and saddening. Your facts, one through three,...

Having lived on this farm for the past 18 months and therefore having had the privilege of getting to know the folks who own and operate Todal-y Stables, I can recommend this place without reservation to anyone who might be looking for a place to board their horses. The owner is a dedicated knowledgeable person running her business with integrity and a rare work ethic which I and many others...
