Todd Simmons was wonderful to work with in selling my home. Todd was very informative and always I was always kept up to date on the whole process. I will definitely be using him again when I need a Realtor to either sale or buy!!

Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
Spent a lot personal time finding homes that matched my wants/needs.
Biggest problem was finding the best location. Tod was diligent in reviewing every new home listing in the area, ensuring that we were the first to checkout these homes.

I have bought many homes through Tod for investment properties along with personal residences. I give Tod my specifications and he quickly finds potential buys in the ranges I have given him.
