The fact that there are not many delicious Korean restaurants in the city is included in my calculation for the 4 stars I'm giving To Hyang. If To Hyang was located in Los Angeles or Santa Clara, it'd definitely be mediocre -- but since it resides in the 7x7 of horrible Korean food, I'd have to say it's probably one of the best.

I admit that the reason I know about To Hyang is Anthony...

This place is great! If you have time, please go here. The food can't be beat. We had the kimchi pork belly and the bibimmap, they were both go authentic and delicious! Mmmmm... I want some right now....

Housemade Korean everything ( just look out the restroom window to see where it all happens ), and surprisingly one of the best beef tartares you'll ever eat. Yes, they have a signed picture of Tony on the wall, but if I had one, I'd put it up there too. Who can resist the perilla banchan?

Amazing, REAL Korean food! Place was filled with locals, which is always a good sign. The menu is diverse and the food is hands-down the best Korean I've eaten. And, when they say 'spicy', they mean it (so be careful).
