I will drive the extra miles to Total Clean on 291 hiway in Lee's Summit then waste any more money on a lazy company whose quality and customer's concerns aren't even a consideration! I picked 1 star only out of necessity, they don't earn that!

This place is horrid! While getting my car vaccummed and interior wiped down, the employees ransaked my vehicle and stole several items (including cash is a locked compartment). When I immediately noticed and confronted the manager, he took defense stating ""we are not responsible for valuables left in your vehicle!"" What about responsiblity for your employees and your business! I was not offered any apology or compensation whatsoever. What a scam!

I was having my car vaccumed and wiped down, when it was taking a little longer than the 30 minutes promised.
