T.L.C. wired and installed four cameras at my residence. Since this was my first experience in dealing with security cameras they were very helpful in giving their professional advice as to the best placement of the cameras. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Would use them again, as well as recommending them to others.

They did the install and then showed me how to use the software. very helpful. They used their own anchors because the anchors that came with the cameras were not the best quality. They wanted to make sure we didn't have any issues in the future.

To learn how to operate it. ie.
I don't know how to record, or to view the recordings.
Other problems that I have is that the system does not recognizes my password. It also reacts when I start, stop or change volume. And I don't know where to go for help.

The business owner and associates were extremely professional and pleasant during the installation. They worked efficiently and effectively. The range of surveillance is greater than expected and surprisingly clear. Troubleshooting use is also a part of their continued support. I would recommend TLC to anyone looking to install surveillance cameras.
