Ken was very friendly and helpful! I had made an appt with him to be shown some TLC homes in a local mobilehome park. Only thing is I would have liked to have been given pricing on some different models as they were displayed. Then a price list of the options available. (Like we were given at a subsequent dealer we visited afterward).

We just want to thank TLC for when we bought our first manufactured home and moved in our brand new home in November 2011. We are very happy. We had a very smooth transition. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would have no reservations upon recommending TLC to future clients.
