I'm looking to purchase my first road bike and went to bicycle sports shop to inquire about getting fitted for a bike... The sales guy was aloof, unhelpful, and made me feel like a waste of his time- he didn't fit me for a bike or explain how I could get it done, didn't answer my questions, and I was out of there within 2 minutes!!! I am a serious customer who is ready to purchase a bike and felt completely blown off.. Went down the road to Jack & Adam's which was a breath of fresh air- they took time to talk to me, fit me, and answer questions - guess where my money is going?
