To make a long story short my van was overheating and the interior heating was running cold. Tires Plus said the water pump and radiator needed to be replaced. Not long after their repairs the heating still didn't work, thermostat was sporadic (going cold to near overheating in seconds), and the engine was running unusually rough.
We returned 5 or 6 times over the next couple weeks and they never resolved those problems. Their next recommendation was to take the dash apart and replace a motor related to the interior heating. I said no.
We went to Automotive Import Doctor instead, and they found a blown head gasket, and a water pump improperly installed by Tires Plus. Auto Import Doctor fixed it and the now it runs perfectly.
Needless to say, I wouldn't go to Tires Plus if I were you. It is likely that their work caused the head gasket problem. Any shop that can have a customer return 5 or 6 times in a couple weeks without having the problem fixed should not be in business.
The whole staff was professional and went to work on my car quickly. They were very informative of their products.
