my shipment was a little messed up. All 4 of my tires didn't arrive together. And I wasn't able to get an install appointment for a few days after and then they called and cancelled 30 minutes before my appt time because they were busy and short staffed. The install didn't start until about an hour and a half after my appointment time. After they finally started it was done fairly quick.
