Tippy's is a smaller bar, but the food is very good. Burgers are fried and taste great, chicken is one of my favorite, fresh smelt(a small fish that they deep fry) is the best in town. Yes many locals like to hang out at Tippy's, but ask them, they can tell you where the good spots to eat are at.

A Packer Bar with Good Food

The whole place, inside and out, is green and gold and loaded with Green Bay Packer "everything." Not being native to Wisconsin, I just about broke out laughing the first time I went into the place. But it's hardly the only "Packer Bar" in the area.
OK, so it's got video screens for sports and mini bowling in the back....
