This is the worst shoe repair company! I took in 3 pairs of shoes for repair,and have received 2 1/2 pairs back! When I approached the company I was in returned greeted with a hostile attitude from the owner and his son! When I tried to explain to them again what the situation was the owner slapped a claim ticket in front of me and proceeded to curse at me and in front of my 2 young children. ...

in reference to the woman above i am the son of tims shoe repair the son refered to in the comments above. this womans ticket clearly stated two and a half pair, her attitude was poor from the moment she walked in the door and began to speak down in a condecending tone. we run a small busisness and won't tolerate an abusive customer espicially in front of good customers(this is not walmart)....
