I'm in the process of switching pediatricians. I'm not happy with this office whatsoever. I felt as though me and my child were treated like a machine and not people. From the front desk, to the back room, the warmth and friendliness that a doctor's office should have, they very much lacked. I felt like I was just another face. I had high hopes because some friends of mine highly recommended...
