they are advertising on walmarts website; a refurbished xbox360 with built in wifi and what i got was an old model version that was broken! when i contacted the company i got a recording saying the company was closed! I am so disgusted by the way my order was handled!

My son ordered a product through Walmart (on-line), the product was to be shipped from the Altatac company, it never showed. It has been a month and still nothing. All attempts to contact the customer service have been met with a voice message, nobody seems to actual work at this company. I ordered a Timex Cycle Trainer from you in October and it has still not arrived. Erick agreed that you will refund me if it had not arrived by 10 December. Based on this understanding I allowed my eBay customer support case to lapse.

It is now more than 2 months ago, still no refund and my emails and calls are being ignored. Altatac made a promise and are now failing to be good to their word.
