the worst company ever. no support, everything is outsourced and they are increasing the fees w/o even letting customers know in advance.
Whoever will be able to break their monopole in NYC will make tones of money as i never met only one happy customer of theirs.

I tried their 99.00 dollar trial package with 29.00 install.
I cancelled after 30 days due to the fuzzy picture expecting I'd owe them just the install fee.
They pre charged me $162.00 and claim I still owe over 200.00.
I've made around 15 calls and the call center emplyees are as frustrated as I am as they get their supervisors to approve adjustments but somehow are not honored.
