My bill increased 50%. Time to cut the cord. Too many better options available for a lot less $. My disconnect date 4/8. Freedom.

I also feel if there was a -0 that's what they would get. We have been on the phone with TWC for a total of 10 hours on their screw up. We WERE going to switch from Direct TV to TWC to bundle. The tech came here and didn't want to do in install in the snow because we don't have a basement. So HE canceled the install. In the mean time we had the phone and Internet already. They ended up...

these people are useless.The cable boxes they hand out are defective.
I wish I could get direct TV where I live.
