The signal since the conversion has been generally average, but on several occasions-\-\like today (08/02/15)-\-\exceptionally poor! Trying to watch The Walking Dead marathon in 3-second bursts of signal is maddening!

Do not recommend this company!!!
Why do you give me the pro package for internet yet my internet speeds are only running 120kbps huh!!!! This company is gunna get sued for all the fraud and false statements that you make you bring stress to my family and we still pay on time oh Lord I hope yall get shut down for the horrible costumer service

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The customer service is outrageous. Was told all I had to do was drop this crappy equipment off and instead I'm waiting. Feel sorry for all these fools that are signing up for service.
