My internet NEVER works... I pay for the "turbo" internet and its a miracle if I can get it to actually connect and work.

Sometime it doesn'tecord the last five minutes of a program or it doesn't record it at all. getting lots of scrambling and everytime i go to the store they tell me the same thing thats it's not thier fault it is motorolas. may be going to dishnet real soon. They told me at the store that they have had several complaints on this they have been working on it for the last couple of years.

THE WORST!!! First the sign up sales guy sells packages that Time Warner doesn't have. Then I cancel my cable and want to keep internet and phone. The salesman sells me internet and phone for $60 month.They don't credit my advance payment, credit only partially the following month and charge me $95 a month for internet. THEY ARE THE WORST. DO NOT USE TIME WARNER!!!

Time Warner is a rip off, too bad the government lets them monopolize the cable industry. I thought it was illegal in America to monopolize? They will nickel and dime you for every little add-on and even also when you down grade. Better to go somewhere else, believe me I know.

Time Warner is the worst cable provider I have ever had. They are way too expensive for what they offer. Check out other providers before settling for the worst cable provider out there.
