I miss Verizon FiOS. Our internet will not connect 75% of the time. Forget answering work email unless you have an excellent data plan. I've never been forced into a worse customer experience with any kind of company (cable, retail, utilities, restaurants, government agencies, nothing) ever. Trying to watch Kentucky Derby coverage and it's so scrambled for Channel 18 that you can't watch the coverage. It's not Channel 18 as other channels are having the same problem when I change channels. Yesterday it went out completely. Continue to have problems listening to music stations. Perhaps it's time to consider switching to Direct TV.
