Zero recommendation for this company. I am in the process of getting my phone line released to move on to another company and TWC has made it so difficult to release it. They think I will be discouraged from canceling my phone service and they have just encourage me to cancel everything else...Be aware of this bad to poor customer service.

I called to set up service for my new home. They charged me 262.00 just for instulatation but instead of takeing 262.00 out of my account they took 2623.00 from my account. The rep fat fingered and now im out 2600.00, time warner says they will fix that but it will take 7 days. So they take my money and leave me without the funds to close on my new house. TWC only provide basic and standard channels. Half the premium channels are not available.

Trying to get TWC to provide the services they advertise is a waste of time and money. We complained about the missing channels SIX times (we had to stay home each of those 6 days, waiting for their technicians to show up); they sent out technicians to check out our cabling; the technicians told us the problem was "in the street" somewhere and promised "a crew" would restore the premium service...

Worst cable company in DFW.

Internet performance is atrocious at best. Service is intermittent, and even when functional is poor. Customer service is in shambles. If a service rep comes to you to try and fix a problem and it is not there you are charged a massive service fee. Since service was interittent, this discourages someone from even trying to get the problem looked at.
