They suck get a different provider and you will be satisfied! Never had more service issues and shit customer service. If your into weird shit and like being paying to be treated like shit and screwed in the backdoor than they are for you

They just shut down our cable and demanded that we rent a "digital adapter" from them. We are already renting their routher and another box top for the down stairs TV. Price are going up and up. The only option we have is to just cancel our service. This is the service we get in a forced Monopoly. Everyone should just cancel and get a $40 antenna from Costco.

I'd give a negative star if I could. Service freezes, prices keep going up and customer service on chat or phone is a nightmare. I got charged $15.00 for something I never ordered because the cable remote kept freezing. Took me 40 minutes on chat to reverse the fee and then they hit me with a fee for the fee!!!
