Service is horrible---customer service techs are in some foreign country and cannot speak English very well--so they do not understand what you are saying. I have never gotten my issues resolved with my digital adapters.

They suck....cant even install their own product correctly. Install @ the pole 24-48 hours we're @ 72 hours still waitn....customer svc keeps giving same scripted answers like robots...but they want that money or u will be shut dwn quick...no installed by tomorrow...they will ne dropped...ASAP..#Timewarnercable
