Very disappointed that the customer service rep was not truthful with me about the price of my new package. Have been a loyal customer for many years and find the cavalier attitude of a supervisor disheartening . The dish package savings are looking better all the time.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Horrible attitude when you walk in, misinformation from the installer and not even a Time Warner rep could give us the equipment return address.

your service sucks!!!!! Unfortunately you are the only game in town..or you would be gone!!!!! My computer is slower than sh-t!!!! and my TV remote never works and it is brand new!!! Wish we had another option...you would be gone!!!! Where are you FIOS!!!!

Why can't I sign in to HBO Go? It allows me to sign in using my TWC cable user name and password, then I have to sign in again to watch a show, at this point I get an error message stating that my username and password does not exist, when I just used it to sign in to HBO.. I can't get help from the dumb Virtual assistant. Why is this happening?
