I placed a bid on an item this morning during a live auction and the bid was never taken, meanwhile the item sold for only 1/3 of my bid amount. When I called them they were rude and dismissive and claimed that I didn't give them a credit card number with my bid, which is true, however there's no way to provide a credit card number when bidding, therefore the answer is a cop-out. Seller got 50.00 for their item I bid 125.00 on, and they're only reply is "oops".
I purchased multiple groups from this auction house and they sent the items to a local ups store to be packaged and shipped. After paying an excessive cost for packaging and shipping, I recieved items that were not wrapped individually and were subsequently destroyed due to rubbing against other items during shipping. I got no satisfaction from either the shipping company or the auction house. Would not recommend buying from this place.
Had a great time at a few of their auctions, every time I go in I find something to bring home. The staff is friendly and always helpful!
Time and Again always gets fresh antiques in to their store. If you fall in love with a piece and then it gets sold, no worries! One like it will come in soon. Great place.
