I find it hard to write a review on the techs who work on the computers as I haven't been able to see one in last three tries. They used to be great but the last three times I have went their they were closed. this last time I called their number and got the main office (I guess) and was told that they most likely wouldn't be there till 10:00 or later (they open at 8:30) when I told her this...
