We passed Timbers on our way to Maryville after driving through the Smoky Mountains National Park. Chose it because the restaurant looked quite attractive from the outside. Dining room looked like a large wooden mountain lodge with wood wall panels, sloped ceiling with ceiling fans, casual and family friendly atmosphere. Restaurant wasn’t particularly full at 7 pm on a Friday...

Old favorite. Good steaks. Ate there Friday night and they were closing for the season Sunday. Friendly employees and we got the last two Coronas!

Rib's are better than in Memphis

While Rendez Vous in Memphis is famous for its ribs, we liked the ones at Timbers much much better!! Excellent juicy taste.

Enjoyed the Famous Chicken, Delicious. I have eaten here many times and the food is fantastic. The ribs, steaks, pork chops, delicious. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed a great down home meal here! We would definitely go back! Highly recommend the fried chicken. Big pieces that make great leftovers!
