In the last year Tim has helped us buy and sell a house. Tim made buying the house a breeze! Selling the house, due to some complications that had nothing to do with Tim, was a bit more difficult but Tim was there for use every step of the way. He was patient and worked hard to make the sale happen. We, without reservation, recommend Tim.

I would recommend Tim! He goes above and beyond. He responds immediately to any questions and resolves issues quickly. He passes on information as soon as he gets it.

I will be using him when it's time to buy my next home.

Tim was extremely helpful in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. He was very patient with us and worked quickly to show us houses as we found ones that peaked our interest. He did an outstanding job explaining what all of the paperwork meant when we were signing everything at the end. I would recommend Tim without a doubt.

Had a great experience with Tim. He is very personable and patient. He was pushy and we didn't feel like he was out to get a home sold, but took his time and helped us find a good place.

His feedback is very timely even when on vacation or late at night.
