I am so addicted to their hot chocilate! sooo good!! My son made me try frozen hot chocolate, I thiught, yuck! No Way!!! It tastes like a chocolate shake! You gotta try it!!!

I come here often during the week for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Everyone here is very friendly and my food is always fresh and delicious.

My girlfriend and I ordered two coffees drinks. As mine came out I asked the girl for a sleeve. she said oh I'm sorry we are out of those right now. My girlfriend then gets her drink after about another 5 minutes and the guy...that gives her her drink, puts a sleeve on without even asking her. I told him your coworker just lied to us she said you were out of sleeves. He said she must not...

This place is just awful!
It is dirty inside, the employees are rude, the food is terrible and stale!
I've been going here for years and literally it has gone downhill so badly I refuse to come here anymore! The last job being the rudeness...of the employees and the treatment you receive! Don't waste your time go to McDonald's or Dunkin donuts you will get better service I promise

Just being honest. For some reason most Tim hortons refuse to have hot coffee. It's always luke warm at best. No matter what location I go to. I love the taste but it needs to be served hot. It never is
